I could write up a list of dry legal term and conditions that would probably never be of any use to anyone. Instead, what is written below is intended to give you some practical, useful information and to establish a common ground.

I will display your ad faithfuly for the period of the selected package within my technical ability and the limitations if the Internet medium. I will edit your ad only in case of rude, inappropriate, or illegal content including photos. Inappropriate words will automatically be replaced. I will ban you from listing on this site for repeated offenses regarding inappropriate content including photos.

I will never give your personal information to anyone for any purpose. (I suppose that in the unlikely case of a legal investigation, I might be required to cough it up.) The idea here is that I will not "spam" you or give/sell your information to those who would. However, since each ad is publicly viewed, it is possible for malicious individuals and "spammers" to using the information in your ad(s) in a manner that you may not agree with. It is up to you whether or not you list your phone number. I will only display your username and city with a method for viewers to contact you by e-mail without viewing your e-mail address. As a note, if you place an ad in a paper publication, you take a similar risk.

I will have nothing to do with the exchange of money for any item advertised on this site. I recommend that you exchange goods and money in person to avoid getting "ripped off".

I may at some time decide to require fees for some advertising packages on this site.
